At JetFlow, we strive to provide exceptional value through our AI-powered email marketing automation platform. Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our service.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of making the initial subscription payment.

  2. You are eligible for a refund if a subscription has been made and no email generations were created or exported to Klaviyo after payment. Please note that any creation of email sequences or campaigns, or exporting them to your Klaviyo account disqualifies you for a refund because premium (paid) functions have been used. In such cases, you can cancel your subscription and use JetFlow until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Process

Upon meeting the eligibility conditions, a refund request can be initiated by contacting our support team at hello@tryjetflow.com.

  • The processing time for refunds usually ranges from 1-2 business days, but in some instances, it could take up to five business days.

  • Once processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • The duration for the credited amount to appear in your account may vary, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Annual Subscription Prorated Refunds

If you have an annual subscription and request a refund after the initial 14-day period:

  1. Refund requests after the 14-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  2. If approved, you will be refunded the prorated amount for the unused portion of your subscription.

  3. The used portion will be calculated at the monthly subscription rate, not the discounted annual rate. (For example: If you've paid for a Growth annual plan at $490 and request a refund after using the service for two months, with the Growth monthly rate being $40, $80 will be deducted from your refund amount.)

Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service interruptions or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use JetFlow:

  1. We may offer prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion.

  2. Each situation will be evaluated individually by our support team.

Processing Fees

Please note that a minimal processing fee may apply to refunds. This fee covers the transaction costs incurred during the refund process.
